The MU Writing Center provides writing instruction on a one-on-one basis to students at every level, of every major, and at every stage of the writing process. Make an appointment.
The Writing Center also provides style sheets for writing, grammar, citing literature and the writing process on its Resources for Writiers page.
The goal of tutoring services is to assist students indeveloping strategies that will help strengthen their knowledge, develop transferable learning skills, and achieve academic success. Tutorials can be scheduled with peer tutors, academic coaches, or a professional content specialist.

The Library's Research Guides provide access to books, databases, Internet sites, media, statistics, and citation styles for a variety of topics and disciplines.
Liaison librarians are available to provide assistance with student and faculty research.
