The Graduate Reference Assistant is expected to keep a weekly journal to review the week's activities. The journal entries should be shared regularly with the coordinator. Potential topics:
The GRA will write a reflective essay describing their experiences at the reference desk, including both accomplishments and challenges. The GRA will meet with the coordinator at the end of the academic semester to discuss the overall experience and identify any revisions that need to be made in the program and/or reference service. The coordinator will also seek feedback from librarians who supervised the GRA during the semester.
